Ryan Haling
Affinity Group Leader - Product Management
Ryan Haling is a Mechanical Engineering MEng student at UC Berkeley, concentrating in Control of Robotic and Autonomous Systems. He completed his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at UC Santa Barbara in 2026, where he led projects spanning liquid rocketry, soft robotics, spacecraft controls research, and AI/ML applications. Drawing on that technical foundation, combined with leadership experience and a growing pull toward the business side of technology, Ryan is focused on building meaningful products in deep tech and the broader Bay Area ecosystem.
Outside the classroom, you can find Ryan working out, playing pickleball or basketball, and going on scenic runs around Berkeley. Feel free to reach out!
