Molly’s passion is in micro and nano implantable devices. To this end, she is pursuing her Master’s in Bioengineering at the University of California, Berkeley and holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a specialization in micro-nano devices and a minor in Materials Science Engineering from the University of California, Irvine (UCI). At UCI, she was a researcher in the Hearing and Speech Lab, where she promoted research in tinnitus, cochlear implants, and the mechanics of hearing speech versus sound. During the past year, Molly was a Junior Specialist at the Liu Lab for Synthetic Evolution where she pursued perfect proteins with yeast evolution. She enjoys eating, bouldering, tennis, and volleyball during her free time and is excited to meet people from many walks of life through the affinity group.
