There are two ways students are placed on a capstone team:
The annual capstone info sessions is a special opportunity for students to get more information about proposals that piqued their curiosity, and to experience how a typical recruitment and the application process works. This event allows students to meet and network with faculty, industry, and partnering organizations that have proposed a project.
After the info sessions, students will apply for three projects that they find most interesting. While everyone gets a project, the process can be competitive—for students and advisors alike.
