The Fung Institute is happy to introduce Wayne Delker in his new role as the Director of the Capstone Experience.

Wayne recently retired after 15 years at Clorox as Chief Innovation Officer and Senior Vice President of R&D. Prior to that he worked with GE in several R&D and Engineering roles, culminating as General Manager and Director of R&D for the GE Silicones business. Wayne will lead the Capstone Program and build upon a solid foundation to increase the scale and strategic alignment of our efforts. His experience in driving innovation and leading large R&D organizations will provide a unique perspective that will be valuable to students, faculty and staff as well as help us expand our external network of partners. He holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Chicago and a PhD from Columbia University.
