Vishal Narayanan
Affinity Group Leader - Product Management
Vishal Narayanan is a graduate student at UC Berkeley, pursuing his MEng in Bioengineering. He graduated in 2024 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering from SSN College of Engineering in India. Over the past few years, he has explored areas including medical image processing, heart vitals monitoring, and biopharma workflow design. He has worked on product ideation, strategy, and analysis through roles at Cognizant, Minuscule Technologies, and with a CMMS product team.
Working with ECG data and biopharma workflows made Vishal realize he didn’t just want to optimize systems, he wanted to build biotech products that deliver real value. This realization kindled his interest in product management, where he combines engineering insight with user-centered thinking.
When he’s not buried in bioengineering, you’ll find Vishal at the gym, testing out new stand-up material, or getting into whatever sport’s in season.
