I’m Viru, a Master of Engineering student in Mechanical Engineering, specialising in Product Design. I completed my Bachelor’s in Integrated Engineering at UBC Vancouver, where I developed an in-depth understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering through several Capstone projects. My industry and research experience has taken me across BESS technology, EV design, and gas detection, working with multidisciplinary teams in both Canada and India.
Outside engineering, I enjoy playing piano and guitar, photography, powerlifting, martial arts, and bringing people from different backgrounds together through shared interests and experiences.
