Scarlett Hao comes from Beijing, Hawaii, and now lives in Sydney, Australia. She has recently graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. She is passionate about space exploration and specializes in CubeSats design, integration and testing, thermal modeling, and ground station operations. At USC, she led as President of Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS) and served on the executive board of Women in Engineering. She enjoys reading, playing soccer and jiu jitsu, road trips to national parks, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.
