Marcos completed his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires and is currently a Master of Engineering student in EECS at UC Berkeley. Focusing on the intersection of robotics and artificial intelligence, his work bridges research with industrial application. He conducted his thesis research at KIT in Germany, focusing on deep reinforcement learning (DRL) and uncertainty estimation for autonomous robot motion planning, which was published at IEEE IROS 2025. Additionally, Marcos served as a researcher at Tenaris (Techint Group), where he engineered automated robotic systems for industrial quality assessment.
