I am a PhD Candidate in Mechanical Engineering working in biomechanics on microfluidic based models of the soft tissue in the spine. Having worked with the Fung Institute as a GSI since 2016 I have been thrilled to watch and take part in its growth into a world class institute. In this time, I have learned more from the hundreds of Fung Institute students than I could ever provide in return.
