Hi, my name is Isabella Bredwell and I am studying Nuclear Engineering with a concentration in applied nuclear physics and radiation detection! I did my undergrad at UC Berkeley in Nuclear Engineering as well, and I am very passionate about the application of nuclear technology for sustainability purposes. I currently work on a nuclear deactivation and decommissioning project for a resilience and environmental solutions firm and will continue to participate in the project over the next year. I have also been a part of research groups at UCSF and within the nuclear engineering department at Berkeley during my undergrad here! Some of my favorite activities outside of school include playing piano, going for runs, and visiting beautiful places (in nature).
