Hi, I’m Ashika! I’m a Master of Engineering student in Systems Engineering at UC Berkeley, within the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. I recently graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.S. in Geophysics, where I researched induced seismicity and earthquake behavior to better understand infrastructure risk. I’m especially interested in how data and systems thinking can make cities smarter, safer, and more resilient. Outside of academics, I love reading, dancing, and discovering great food spots with friends.
