Ann is a PhD Candidate in Materials Science & Engineering. Her research focuses on discovering new cathode materials for next generation batteries using computational methods. Ann graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2016 with her BS in Materials Science & Engineering and an additional major in Biomedical Engineering. She then worked as an experimentalist in battery research & development before starting graduate school at Berkeley in 2018.
