Fellows in the Conservation + Innovation track took a field trip to set camera traps with Naturalists of the Tilden Nature Area, part of the East Bay Regional Park District. With their expert help, students hope to capture any number of wildlife species that roam the Tilden area, including the elusive mountain lion. In roughly three weeks’ time, the cameras will be retrieved and the images collected will be analyzed for a mini design challenge project.
