In a continued effort to co-design the fellowship experience, we launched a formal Fung Fellowship Recruitment Board to lead the recruitment and admissions cycle for incoming fellows. This board consists of ten members driving everything from our outreach strategy to our data collection methodology. This is one of many opportunities for fellows to grow their leadership and to leave a lasting impact on the program.
