MEng Capstone Projects Advised by Alice Agogino:

  • Autodesk, Lunar Design, Design4X – Sustainability Guidelines for Early Product Development
  • Experience Design: Mobility and Staying Connected in a Mercedes-Benz
  • Next Digital: design a next concept of a digital device with a focus on digital-tangible paper transitions
  • Tensegrity Soft Robots for NASA Missions (3 projects)
  • Green Design Guide for Design Professionals
  • Integrating UX Design with the “Internet of Things”

The MEng teams provided valuable multidisciplinary innovations for this cutting edge NASA project that involved mechanical and electrical design, software simulations and controls. The Intelligent Systems Division at NASA Ames is learning from their final prototype to modify their production system.
