The deadline to apply for fall 2017 enrollment in the IEOR/Decision Analytics concentration is midnight PT on Friday, January 6, 2017. Decisions will be released in early March, for classes starting in late August 2017. The online application and all supporting materials, including unofficial transcripts, letters of recommendation, and optional test scores, must be submitted by the deadline. We accept applications for the fall semester only.
Applications to this program are evaluated holistically. Prospective students should demonstrate a desire and capacity for graduate study in decision analytics and leadership through a combination of coursework, work experience, letters of recommendation, essay, and optional test scores. GRE scores are not required but are strongly encouraged; GMAT scores are also accepted. If you do not provide test scores, please highlight your relevant coursework, grades and work experience in your statement of purpose, in addition to submitting transcripts and a resume. The basic application requirements include:

Prospective students should demonstrate sufficient quantitative proficiency for graduate study in decision analytics through a combination of coursework, work experience, letters of recommendation, and optional test scores.
We seek candidates with strong quantitative foundations and demonstrated leadership potential. The program welcomes recent college graduates as well as early-to-mid career professionals. Some of the majors that prepare students for the Decision Analytics concentration include Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, Systems Engineering, and Industrial Engineering.
All applicants with an undergraduate degree from a country in which the official language is not English are required to submit official evidence of English language proficiency by taking the TOEFL (minimum score of 90) or IELTS (minimum score of 7) exam.
